    • All sales are final. Once you receive and open a product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • For items damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. This will assist us in addressing the issue with our shipping carriers.
  2. No Exchanges:
    • We do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure you've reviewed your order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
  3. Refunds (if applicable):
    • Refunds will only be considered for products that were received in a damaged or faulty condition.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  4. Gi s:
    • If the item was marked as a gi when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gi     credit for the value of the returned item, only if the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
